I kocked the carafe off of the counter while vaccuuming, and unfortunately it broke, so when I asked my wife what she wanted to replace it, she said another the same. The store we bought it from no longer had them in stock, so I came to Amazon. Should have done that first, it was cheaper than I saw anywhere else on the internet, and it arrived well before it was expected. Thank you ...more
[2] Rating: 4 Date: 2008-08-26 Summary: Good product, manual is unclear in several places ... Very pleased with the coffeemaker; however, I had a difficult time setting the clock. The manual wording seemed out of order. I was never able to get the clock to stablize to show the time. It would show it, but it would continue flashing the 8888 screen, apparently expecting me to enter a time to begin the coffee. I only wanted the clock to be viewed and not programmed. Anyway, it works very well and I guess I will go back to easier jobs like setting up computer networks! ...more
